Jamie is an experienced mining capital markets executive with a background in private equity and investment banking. Before joining Sigma, Jamie was Director of Investment Management at Waterton Global Resource Management, a leading independent private equity platform focused on the resource sector with $1.75B in AUM. At Waterton, Jamie led deal origination, structuring and execution from initial investment through exit. Jamie began his career in investment banking with Red Cloud Securities, providing M&A and capital raising advisory services to mining companies. Jamie is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA degree and a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree from Queen’s University.
