Rapha Dias began his professional career as an auditor at Deloitte Brasil, in the São Paulo/SP office, serving several Agribusiness clients. Still at Deloitte, he did an International Assignment for almost two years in the office in San Jose, California/USA. Later, he joined DuPont do Brasil as the Technical Accounting Manager Latin America, then became the Internal Controls Manager for Latin America and, finally, assumed the chair of Country Controller for Brazil. Ather that, he joined Nike do Brasil as the Controlling Director for Nike do Brasil. Before joining Sigma, he was at Cargill do Brasil, first as the Accounting & Finance Lead, and second as the Regional Controller for Latin America based in São Paulo/Brazil, also acting as Statutory Director of Cargill Brasil, Director of Cargill Foundation and CargillPrev.
Rapha holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and Accounting from Universidade Paulista, with an MBA in Agribusiness from USP/ESALQ. He just started a M.Sc. in Administration at Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa – INSPER, with an expected conclusion in April 2025. In addition to the Six Sigma Green Belt certification and being a Brazilian CPA. With extensive training and strong leadership skills, he brings 22 years of extensive experience in Finance, Accounting, and Internal Controls.
